In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016
(GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

1) The administrator of your personal data is Salpark Sp. z o. o. ul. Chorzowska 17 26-600 Radom

2) Your personal data are processed for the purpose of:
a. performing the contract for the duration of the contract and settlements after its termination (legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 item b),
b. fulfilling our legal obligations (legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 item c), e.g.
issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents for the period specified in the Accounting Act,
responding to complaints within the time and in the form prescribed by law,
c. establishing the defense and pursuit of claims, which includes, among others, pursuing our receivables under the contract for the period after which these claims become time-barred (Art. 6 sec. 1 item f);
d. Our online store uses marketing tools, such as Google ADS, to optimize advertising campaigns. As part of this process, personal data, such as e-mail address or IP address, may be collected and processed. These data are used solely to improve the quality of our advertisements and tailor them to your needs.

3) The recipients of your personal data will be postal and courier companies that exchange correspondence between you and us, security agencies that ensure the security of our facilities, and banks and financial institutions that settle financial transactions arising from the contract.
We cooperate with external service providers, such as Google, to implement advertising campaigns. Personal data may be transferred to these providers, but it is used in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
We will not share or sell your personal data to other third parties. We will use it solely for the purposes listed above.

4) Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations outside the European Economic Area;

5) you have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object.

6) If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;

7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law;
