Price range: 27,00 zł through 54,00 zł net
A PVC belt with enhanced fire resistance, designed for demanding work environments. Sold by the meter.
The price is for 1 m of belt.
Fire-resistant PVC belt - increased safety thanks to the flame-retardant formula
Fire-resistant PVC strips are made of a special type of PVC foil with flame-retardant additives. The material is characterized by increased resistance to ignition, does not sustain flames, and does not produce flaming droplets.
In tests according to the EN 13501-1 standard, the material obtained the B-s3,d0 classification, which confirms its low flammability and suitability in areas where higher fire safety standards are required.
Stability, durability and full functionality of strip curtains
Despite its fire-resistant properties, the belt retains the typical characteristics of high-quality PVC: it is flexible, impact-resistant, and performs well in variable temperature conditions. Its transparent, slightly bluish color ensures high visibility and safety in high-traffic areas.
Perfect for industrial plants, production halls and public spaces
Fire-resistant belts are recommended in places where there are heat sources, electrical devices, technological processes that generate sparks or an increased risk of ignition.
The material is suitable for use in halls, workshops, warehouses, commercial facilities, logistics centers and anywhere where fire safety is an important element of risk assessment.

Technical specifications
Fire reaction classification (EN 13501-1)
Final classification: B-s3, d0
What does it mean:
- B – flame retardant material with limited contribution to fire,
- s3 – no strict requirements regarding the amount of smoke (typical for flame-retardant PVC),
- d0 – no burning drops during the action of fire.
Fire tests – detailed results
NF EN ISO 11925-2 (small flame test)
- Flame application 15 s: meets requirements (no excessive flame spread)
- Applying flame 30 s: Fs ≤ 150 mm – compliant
- No ignition of filter paper (no burning drops)
NF EN 13823 (SBI – Single Burning Item test)
Selected parameters:
For REF170 – 3mm (P211144):
- FIGRA 0.2 MJ: 106 W/s
- FIGRA 0.4 MJ: 105 W/s
- THR600s: 6.9 MJ
- SMOG: 232 m²/s²
- TSP600s: 1178 m²
For REF170 – 2mm (P229204):
- FIGRA 0.2 MJ: 54 W/s
- FIGRA 0.4 MJ: 38 W/s
- THR600s: 3 MJ
- SMOG: 101 m²/s²
- TSP600s: 334 m²
All results are compliant with class B-s3,d0 requirements.
