PVC welding belt – professional protection against radiation and spatter
PVC welding belt is a specialized foil designed to create protective curtains in welding areas and wherever it is necessary to protect bystanders from harmful radiation.
Made of ScreenFlex® material, the belt meets the ISO 25980 standard, which confirms its effectiveness in filtering UV, IR and blue light.
This protects people outside the welding station from eye hazards, optical reflections, and arc exposure. At the same time, the material maintains good visibility of the work area, improving safety and process control.
Resistant to hot splinters and flame retardant – safety in industrial conditions
ScreenFlex® PVC welding belts are designed to withstand contact with hot metal particles generated during MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA welding. The material does not melt spot-on and is impervious to spatter, effectively protecting both the surrounding area and workers.
The foil is also flame-retardant, and the glow time after exposure to flame is limited to the values required by the ISO 25980 standard. The flame-retardant additives used prevent the spread of flames, making the belts suitable for intensive industrial conditions and long-hour welding operations.
Adapted to work areas – several variants of width, color and transparency
In the PVC PRO store, the welding belt is available in two practical sizes: 300×2 mm and 570×1 mm, which allows you to create both classic strip curtains and larger work station screens.
The availability of two colors (red and green) and two transparency variants (transparent and matte) allows you to match the curtain to the type of welding process, level of privacy and visual preferences of the plant.
All versions maintain the same level of optical protection – they only differ in the degree of light transmission and appearance.
