Known problems in daily farm work?
Maintaining appropriate conditions
in various agricultural facilities
Difficulties in selecting universal solutions
Traditional partitions and doors don't always work – they're inflexible, impractical to use, and often expensive to install. What's needed is a solution that adapts to the farm's conditions, not the other way around.
A ready-made solution – PVC agricultural curtains for a modern farm
Protection against drafts, cold and insects
Convenient access and durability
A wide range of applications
Barns and pigsties – reduction of drafts, isolation of odors and noise.
Stables and horse stalls – thermal comfort and separation of space.
Greenhouses and polytunnels – crop protection and maintaining the microclimate.
Storage of collections – protection against dust, insects and moisture.
Agricultural refrigeration units – minimizing energy losses and better insulation
Warehouses – separation of zones, order and easy access.

What is worth knowing about PVC curtains in agriculture?
Strip curtains are one of the most versatile solutions available on a modern farm. Why? Because you can adapt them precisely to the conditions – whether in a barn, harvest storage facility, greenhouse, or even at the entrance to a cold store. Choosing the right strips is key.
Thickness and width of belts – how to choose?
We offer belts in widths: 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm and thicknesses: 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm.
If the curtain will be exposed to frequent opening and closing, it is worth considering pleats and more strips – they retain heat better and protect against insects.
Overlaps – tightness that is not visible at first glance
The overlap is a method of arranging the strips in two rows so that they partially overlap. This allows the curtain to provide better insulation – from drafts, odors, noise, and light. In agriculture, this is especially important, for example, in transitions between zones (cold store → warehouse, stable → feed room, etc.). A well-made overlap guarantees less cooling and a more peaceful environment for the animals.
Single tab (approx. 36 mm)
– basic insulation, optimal for most needs and solutions
Double pleat (approx. 54 mm)
– a compromise between tightness and passage comfort. It increases thermal comfort but does not provide sufficient passage comfort.
Ribbed belts – durability and comfort
make it easier for the lanes to move when crossing.
This is an excellent choice, for example, for entrances to warehouses with wrapped pallets, plastic tunnels or cold stores where agricultural products are transported.
Colors and transparency – more than aesthetics
belts transparent – ideal where visibility and interior lighting are important, e.g. in foil tunnels, greenhouses, and passages between zones,
belts slightly matte – which limit visibility but still allow light to pass through. They are suitable for pigsties and barns – especially in areas requiring greater isolation,
belts colorful – e.g. to mark zones, the direction of passage or improve the visibility of entrance edges.
Coloured and matt stripes can also be important from an animal welfare perspective – for example, by reducing excessively bright light or stress in horses and cattle.
Installation – simple and adapted to the farm conditions
PVC PRO PVC curtains are made to the exact dimensions you provide in the configurator. This means installation requires no cutting or fitting of components on-site.
Depending on the conditions in a given agricultural building, you can choose between two installation methods:
on the wall – from the front of the opening,
which works well, for example, in entrances to barns, pigsties, crop storage facilities or plastic tunnels – the curtain then covers the entire opening and ensures the best tightness,
inside the opening – under the lintel,
e.g. in cold stores, warehouses or rooms with special joinery, where you want the curtain to be mounted "in line with the wall".
The suspension of the belts is also intuitive.
. You receive a ready-made kit: pre-assembled belts, a comb strip adjusted to the width, and all necessary mounting hardware. Screw everything together in just a few minutes and hang the belts on the strip.
This solution will work well on both a large farm and a small livestock building – without the need to call in specialists. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact our advisor – we'll help you step by step.
