Returns and complaints policy of the PVCPRO online store
RETURNS
- A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises under the terms specified in the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, taking into account the conditions below.
- Withdrawal from the contract is effected by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller.

- The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item is returned undamaged. If the item shows signs of use, the Seller reserves the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount.
- The goods must be returned in an undamaged, resalable condition. This means that the customer must return the product in its original packaging, secured with a protective film. If the original packaging is missing, the seller reserves the right to apply a refund reduction.
- The Customer is entitled to a refund of delivery costs in the amount of the cheapest available option offered by the Seller at the time of placing the order.
- The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to personalized (non-prefabricated) goods.
- Products such as strip curtains, which consist of individually fitted elements (e.g. cut strips, forged plates, mounting strips), are not returnable.
- The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to orders in which the goods are made according to the customer's specifications or tailored to their individual needs.
- The Seller recommends belt lengths according to the manufacturer's recommendations, but can also manufacture belts in dimensions specified by the Customer. Should belts not be ordered in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, the Seller is not responsible for any consequences.
COMPLAINTS
- The Seller guarantees that all products offered are free from defects.
- The goods are released when they are handed over to the transport company. From that moment on
the risk of damage or loss of goods rests with the Customer. - The seller provides the operating instructions provided by the manufacturer and, if necessary,
additional product information. - The seller does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
